Individual apartment units are being re-wired with separate breaker boxes and meters in addition to plugs, switches and carbonmonoxide/smoke detectors.
Retrofit requires attic access for plumbing repairs as well as the new electrical.
A new 4" ABS drain was installed. This replaced the existing
clay soil pipe and included clean outs. This repair measures 167' long.
